I thought I suscribed to Canada US plan 45$. My new cycle started today. It does not mention Canada US. It only includes 25gb. How do I know which plan this is?

Thanks. I've been with PM for years. Guess I haven't changed my subscription often enough to encounter these questions. Their descriptions in my account should be, well, more descriptive. 🙂
Thanks to everyone for helping.

@Bern_b The reason for the Quebec questions is because they (you?) get much better plans than the rest of Canada, so we're not all overly familiar with current and past offers in Quebec.
If you haven't already, make sure to clear your cache and check again, or login in a private browser tab. It could've showing you old info. If there was previously a $45/25GB Can/US option, it's probably fine. That said you'll want to renew into the better version for next renewal anyway (assuming you're in Quebec).
To confirm account details for certain you can send a private message to @CS_Agent to check.

How do you know its a Quebec plan and what does that imply? Thanks.

@Bern_b I think something still wrong and your not on the CAN /US plan you first mentioned 25GB for $45 now saying 40Gb for $45 and that plan does exist but it’s not a CAN /US plan … so a screen shot if your plan will be easier to know for sure what plan your on .check like this
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
For most up to date account info

@Bern_b Screenshot of current and available plans please. What province are you in? If the plan shows as available to renew into, it likely means you don't have the plan in question. Also they wouldn't have updated the plan or benefits automatically.

THe Canada-US plan $45 for 40GB shows up in my options for a change of subscription. So, I'm subscribed to another Canada-US plan option? Or the deal got better over the last few weeks?

Click Change Subscription and see if it shows your current subscription details at the top. In past some other plans such as the $50/40GB Can/US plan were vague too, but recently got updated with complete descriptions. Not sure if that applies to all plans, but that's where you'd check.

So, I called an Outback restaurant in NJ and they answered. I only have some leftover LD minutes canada-wide in my old add-ons. I therefore should conclude that if I can call the US and must be on a Canada-US plan?
Would it be so hard for PM to add Canada-US to the plan heading in my subscription?
The only mention of the 25G of data is in the payment section: Subscribed plan: $45 for 25GB of data. I set this up with in the last few weeks and now the only plan I see (want to change it for my wife as well) is Canada-US 45$ for 40GB of data. So, for the same price I should change my subscription again at the end of this cycle. This is now a better deal. Before I change my wife's subscription, I just want to be clear on how to identify the plan that I am subscribed to....
Thanks for the tip about calling a US number.

Hello @Bern_b
If you are trying to view this on a PC, go to your settings and clear your cache cookies and history and then log back in. If it does indeed start today, it should now reflect it. Sometimes the website has cache issues. Let us know if that helped.

@Bern_b They know by the price of plan and the data allotment . Is this a Quebec plan by any chance not familiar with the 25GB $45 CAN /US plan
