Yes I am using the app and yes I have rebooted, I also tried loging out and back in. Yes I have already paid.

Funny it did not have any problem taking the payment

I got as far as choosing my number in step 6, then it gave me Subscription not activated

It said something did not go right while activating

@DUAAK  Are you using the app to activate . Have you rebooted the phone or reset network settings ? . Have you been charged yet
