If you stick your Chatr SIM card back in your phone and you still have service, it means the port didn't go through. Chatr will send you a confirmation to confirm the port. You MUST say Yes. Then wait till you no longer see Chatr on your phone as a service provider. Try making a call with your Chatr SIM card still in. If you can't make a call, it means the port is successful. But call the number that @Handy1 will send you.

@samibaby There’s number for live support that can give you status update on the port or re trigger it if needed . Will send you it private message

Sorry you are experiencing issues. Did you reply yes to a text on your chatr account authorizing the port to happen? If you did that and it’s still not working please try rebooting your phone.
