Can’t update Visa card info and account suspended

I’ve been trying to update my Visa card information because I got a new Visa card for payment.

Every time I enter my information and complete the form it says “not able to complete at this time. Try again later”. What am I doing wrong? This is very time sensitive as I am on emergency call for work (healthcare) and they have no other way to get a hold of me.

some retail stores sell PM vouchers but they aren't activated until several hours after the sale. If you get to Shell Gas or London Drugs..those vouchers can be added to your account without a wait. There's also Recharge.com and Ding.com for instant on-line payment...but they both have a small user fee.

another on-line payment provider is muskbird.com. Apparently the least expensive of the lot.

A voucher is another form of payment.

You can purchase a voucher from these locations but call first to make sure they sell them: 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples.

Then dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the voucher number and pin.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Timothy5   You can but payment vouchers and load them*611 to resume service right away and worrry about updating credit card later  If you tried to many times you will need to wait one full hour and try again maybe and try incognito private mode or from another device or even try the app .

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
