Reset All netowrks on your phone, make sure you disable power save mode
And make sure you change the settings to 5G (Auto) or Automatic

@Dan39For me, I had Power Saver activated on my Samsung phone, and that's why I wasn't connecting to the 5G network.

@Dan39 What phone do you have ? It happen to be Samsung s20 ? Are you in a 5G area ?
