Thanks for the response, rebooting did not help, after searching around it seems it may be a fairly common problem and I'll likely have to wait for an agent.

It may take a few hours for CSA to respond.
Does text and data work?
A few trouble shooting advice:
1. Reboot phone
2. Network reset of phone
3. You can also try your SIM card in another working phone. This will help determine whether PM service problem versus hardware issue.

can you please log in to your account to confirm if it's an Active account still. If account is still Active, you need to message Customer Support using this link. Give them as much account info as youy can..ie phone number, account number etc..
