Can’t transfer phone number and am now unable to login to app

I subscribed and during activation I tried to transfer my old phone number. It said that the activation failed and now I can’t login to my account anymore. Please help with this issue and also please help me get back into my account.

@Ronypony did PM charge you the amount yet?

are you activating eSIM or Physical sim?

if physical, if you put in your sim card, did it connect to PM network?
