I forgot my email and password. When I put my number in it says it already exists

You cannot have 2 accounts with the same email/phone number.

If you forgot your password contact agent:

@Hatto36  - try possible emails it could be and use the Forgot your password option to see if you receive any emails to reset the password.

Of course this will only word on valid accessible email addresses.

Remember to check your spam/junk folder.

I created my Self Serve account and my Community account the same day using the same email address.

This is incorrect.  The e-mail address shown in the private Community statistics is whatever e-mail address the member has provided.  A Community account does not get automatically set up with the same e-mail address as the Self Serve account.  This member set up this Community account just today.

Only one email/account. Click on your avatar on top of the page then go to My Profile and scroll down to Private Stats…that is your email.

Try login your Self Serve account and click on Forgot Password.

If all fails, private message a CS_Agent with the envelope icon on top of this page.

A second/new Self Serve account cannot be created. You'll have to reset the essisting one.  To change the e-mail address, please go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and type in "change self serve e-mail address".  After that gets completed, you can then use the forgoot passsowrd option at selfserve.publicmobile.ca.
