Hi,
I am not able to send and receive text message from my phone since this morning. When I already have Unlimited talk and text included in my plan. Another issue is I'm not able to see my plan details in self-serve account, It is showing "Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic." error even on multiple tries.

Seems like it is working now. I can see plan details on my self-serve account as well as I send and receive text messages. I have to switch off my phone and remove the sim. Then re-insert the sim after couple of minutes and restart the phone.

First thing to try is to open up self serve on a different browser, or using Private browsing mode. Failing that, send a message to a Moderator for help:

Keep in mind they can be quite busy and it might take up to 48 to hear back from them.
