Can't remember email address or password only phone number

I can't get into my account.  The email is not working. Can reset my account with my phone number and address? Help please.

Are you currently suspended? If you know the four digit account number and you have a card registered for auto pay you can use 611 to make a payment using your credit card to reactivate your account. Alternatively you can pay using a public mobile voucher and not need your 4-digit account number to use 611 to make a payment. Here is some information on alternative forms of payment...

Once you make a payment and reactivate your account you can then receive the verification text rather than an email to access your account. Then you can deal with figuring out your email or changing it with customer support at a later time if regaining your plan services is first on your mind.

If password reset does not work for you, contact agent to update your account.

@Karmen1 if you already try Reset Password and that didn't help, open ticket with PM support to reset password or changr email addresss
