I won't be able to calls or text after transfer from Freedom Sim card to PublicMobile eSim. Then i bought a Sim card; because eSim doesn't work that while. But I ended up can't activate my Sim card; because I can't get code from Public mobile to log in my account.

I got similar issue here, transferred the number 4 days ago, works fine first day or two. But now all the text/SMS are sent back to the old SIM and I just realize after I put the old SIM to one of my phone.

I've seen a few others with the e-SIM not functional since you have to go into settings > SIM Manager and then turn on the E-SIM you'd like to use.

If you are able to verify your Account details with the Customer Support Agent and send them the new SIM Card Number, they'll be able to Activate it from the backend for you.
Than when you sign in, you'll be able to get the code to your Number on the new SIM Card, everytime after the first sign in you'll have an option to alternatively 'Resend the code' to your Email.

so, your Freedom account still active? you need an active Freedom account to port the number here
and your eSIM is not working, you tried to scan the QR code to install ? you check Sim maneager to see if it is there and enabled?
if you really ready to change to the physical sim card , then submit a ticket with CS agent,they can help with both porting and sim card change:
