I am having the same issue.
Switched over Tuesday and has not resolved. Tried the SIM in multiple devices, tried a reset, and have powered down and take SIM out multiple times and still not recieving messages.
Also only getting mostly 4G in a 5G zone. Logged a ticket and was advised up to 72 business hours to address the issue.
Will most likely be switching to a new provider by tomorrow. No cheap rate is worth this hassle.

Yes I tried network reset several times unfortunately did not work. Tried a new esim as well .

If not tried, reboot your phone. Maybe try a network reset of phone. Note this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

Hi yes I can receive calls to Roger's even and other carriers and I can message to and from other carries I can even send to Roger's only thing not working is receiving text from Roger's numbers. Have tried eith 3 different Roger's users and none come through

and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done
