Hello, I switched to PM today, and am using an eSIM. I can use wifi and make calls, but cannot receive calls or send or recieve SMS texts. lf I call my phone, my old voice mail is still connected, even though I cancelled the service from my former carrier. There is no SIM card in the phone. PM shows up as the carrier. I've tried reseting networks settings, turning cellular on and off, restarting, updating IOS. What else could I try?

Thank you. My previous provider is no longer offering service, so it sounds like I may need to contact support and pick new PM number. I've send a DM to support - thank you so much for the link.

@Snapdragon53 That’s a problem then both accounts need to be active to transfer number , you will need to pick new PM phone number with help of support or go back to old carrier to get plan and number back and active to port it to pm in your account profile page “transfer number “

I did cancel my provider first, however my sim was still in the phone when I replied YES. How can I fix this? Thank you

@Snapdragon53 Did you cancel your previous provider before porting your number, or did you leave your previous sim in the phone and reply YES when they sent you a port authorization text?

@Snapdragon53 Check your phone setting sim manger and make sure the eSIM is enabled set to primary and for iPhone make sure you toggle on turn on this line and reboot phone and reset network settings couple times
“Turn on this line”
