Can't receive or make a call

I switched from Bell to PM. I ported my phone number to PM too, but I do not know what happened. It has been more than 3 days; neither can I make a phone call nor receive one.

When I make a phone call to this number, it always goes to call forwarding. I am using an iPhone 13. In iPhone settings, Call Forwarding keeps turning in circles. I do not know what to do.

the account wasn't properly provisioned. Support need to re-provision the account for you.  Please engage them by private message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

@Bilalq  If you can’t even make outbound calls then it sounds like account set up issues and only support can help you . Assuming your bell sim no longer works ? If that’s the case please
