Just signed up for PM.
didn’t transfer my number from another carrier, instead I got a new number from PM.
now I can receive incoming and outcoming calls/ texts from mobile phone. But I can’t received any calls from any landline ( office, condo, restaurant etc.) . System just says” can’t complete the calls “
Already tried network reset, restart phone and all that. But nothing works. anyone experience this and have a solution?

@Tyrr Yes you would have to but the system will credit you back on check out if not contact support and they will reimburse you for it only have to pay for eSIM once , but instead just ask support to refresh your account might be all that’s needed. . Only get new eSIM if they advise you too

Thanks but I only have eSIM. It only installs once at a device if I understand correctly. If I need to install again, I need to pay $5 for another eSIM.

@Tyrr Can you try the sim in another phone ? Test it if still same thing ask support to refresh your account
