I’m trying to log in but the email tied to the account is no longer active and because my account is not currently active I cannot receive sms for the code

My husband had the same issues over the weekend, he has automatic payment and it wasn't retrieved for some reason then he couldn't get into his account to see what was going on.  That same day I couldn't access mine.  Sadly because his a work phone he's had to resort to another service, as he couldn't even get through to Simon.  Hopefully your issue is resolved soon.

The easiest thing to do is if you cannot access your self serve account is to purchase a pm voucher and add it thru 611 or phoning 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. Read this post on vouchers first.....
