so on my apn settings
under name it says "Telus SP"
under APN it says "sp.telus.com"
proxy is 74.49.0.18
port says 80
I doesnt show the protocol
my apn enable/disable is greyed out
mvno type is none
mvno value is greyed out as well
other then that its the same as you showed,
its significantly different would that be the issue?
Both Proxy and Port should be blank
MVNO type:GID
MVNO value: 4D4F
If some are greyed out, you might need to create a new one and follow what I suggested above

@hwinne9j8 this sound like the phone might not have the proper APN settings and/or missing necessary bands for used on PM
Check the APN setup, you can compare to this:

MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MMS Protocol: WAP 2.0
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type:GID
MVNO value: 4D4F
