Can't purchase the boxing week deal.

There's the boxing week deal of $35 for 75 GB 5g, But I cannot change from my current plan to this one. There is no option on my account. Tried on my PC and on phone and I cannot find this new deal. I have attached a photo of all the plans I can see.

Your current plan is likely more than $35, and Public Mobile doesn't give a lot of options for downgrading spend as of lately.

A workaround is to renew now I to the $30 plan, then you'll unlock the $35/75GB plan which you can set to renew into at your next renewal. The downside to this is you'll forgo any unused time in your current cycle (no refunds or credits), but it will give you access to the $35 plan before it expires on December 31st.

I was able to switch to this plan on another existing account. But I just can't see the plan on this account.

The plans advertised on the Public Mobile website are the ones available to newly signing up customers.  Existing customers can only choose from the plans that are offered by Public Mobile to each customer by signing into the self serve account and checking to which are available.  Different customers will have different plan available.
