I cannot use my phone right now. I cannot call or receive calls. I’m trying to reset my password to access my account but I keep getting a message saying ‘there was an error trying to reset your password, please try again later’.

@jessjar Did you try incognito/private mode on the browser to reset the password as suggested earlier?
Otherwise submit a ticket or private message for customer support using the links in my earlier thread.

@jessjar Have you tried the obvious rebooting/toggling airplane mode on/off, or powering off the phone and removing the SIM and reinserting after couple of minutes and rebooting? Have you checked for an outage in your area in which case service should be restored once it's fixed.

@jessjar Is your account active? Try calling 611 from your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC to see if your account is active. For your error try from a desktop/laptop browser and try in incognito/private browsing mode. There have been reports of occasional issues with the website and that seems to resolve.
