I'm just trying to pay for my subscription for the month as I'm unable to make calls but there's no option to pay my subscription right now, any help with this would be appreciated

login My Account and see if there is a button Pay and Resume Services, if there is one click and make a payment
if not, then use this link to load enough money to your account:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
The plan should renew itself after you loaded the money.
