My account isn't letting me pay or change my pin for to pay over the phone. I've got my credit card on it and still nothing. Can't make calls or texts

I'm just trying to pay for my subscription for the month as I'm unable to make calls but there's no option to pay my subscription right now, any help with this would be appreciated
