Ok, it must be a local issue in Ottawa then - I submitted a ticket as well. 🙂

We have exactly the same issue. I created a ticket with the CSA.

I'm in Ottawa too and started only today

This is happening to me as well. I can't make or receive calls and can't reach my voicemail. I noticed it as of today but it may have started earlier (my last call attempted was on Friday afternoon, which worked at that time). I'm in Ottawa!

I can do all  networking except making or receiving calls

hi @Albertbreyes what phone you have?  Does data work?

try reboot phone and try reset all networks on the phone

Also, try your sim in another device 

and check My account to confirm if account is active 

If nothing works , message support and ask them to check
