When I go to my farm property on Howe Island, near Kingston Ontario, which is on an island in the ST Lawrence River, AT&T takes over my phone and I am suddenly roaming, even though my address is in Ontario and my Postal code on the island is K7G 2V3.
We had this problem before when we lived in Gananoque, Ontario and apparently we were roaming on the balcony of the condo. We need to have this fixed, to be able to use the service because we go to this farm every day.

@Mountie67 You can turnoff automatic for networks selection and manually choose public mobile should help unless you have CAN /US plan then just turn in roaming in phone settings and not worry about it . To won’t have any surprise bills as PM is pre paid service
