just bought a sim visa was charged but can’t access my account info email isn’t recognized same with the phone number

What link how do I get my credentials reset

I can't log into my self service account or use my *611 pin 

I try to login and it says that my password and username is not right. So I try to set up a new password and it says that my email is invalid.

@jessedorran   just to clarify,  are you not able to login the Self-Serve My Account::

or you not able to login to the PM show where you bought the SIM card?  

 

They are 2 different systems

 

if you want to check your SIM order status, open a ticket with PM support by direct message

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

 

 

You can also use the same direct message link to open ticket with PM Support to reset your Self-Serve My Account login and *611 4 digits PIN.

It won't let me login but took payment and I have phone service. Why can't I log into my self service even the *611 pass code isn't working. What happens after 3 weeks

@jessedorran  - buying a SIM card account/login is different than when you have an active Public Mobile login/credentials.

 

In order to be able to log into SelfServe/MyAccount, here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ then you will need an activated Public Mobile SIM card.

 

You can go through SIM card activation pages here to create an account: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

Did you create self-serving account?

Did you activate SIM on-line at PM site?

I suggest to reboot your phone and if you have PM account to log out then log in.

Does your account says: Active?

Did you write down email and pass you used to create PM account?

@jessedorran you bought the SIM from PM here https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/sim-card  ?

 

That is a different system, different login from My Account

 

Do you have an active line yet? If not, you wouldn't be able to login Self Serve My Account
