I have tried numerous times but keep getting an error message. Cleared browsing history. Nothing works. Could soneone pkease connect me to an agent? No other way I can go.

OH @Anonymous , did you have to create a new nickname / community ID because you reached a screen saying your old id was taken? IF so, yeah, that happened to me too. Only Customer Support (CS_Agent), can recover your old nickname/id through a support ticket. So go ahead and tell CS_Agent you want that done if you wish.

@Anonymous - it should be known to EVERYONE that Public Mobile customer support can also be reach through everyone's private messages through their INBOX.
Go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.
