I can't download or see the images. Much like if one had no data on their plans. Is there anything else I could try with the APN settings. My friend entered that all in manually. Unfortunately I don't understand any of that.
Here's a guide to setting APNs:

Also, you might find the first post here useful:
Sometimes it's easier just to create a new APN rather than edit an existing one.

@shereen_fisher is the problem that you're not seeing the pictures at *all*, or that you can't save them to your phone? If you're not seeing them at all, then chances are that you have something broken in your APN settings - either that or it could be an issue with the size of the images that people are trying to send you (I've seen that happen, where phones on different networks don't resize it small enough to send to a different network, etc).

@shereen_fisher, MMS is a terrible way to send pictures. Your problem likely has to do with limitations of the messaging app installed on the phone. Even if you could download the picture (typically long press on the picture to bring up options menu), it would be no better than thumbnail quality. I suggest you have your contacts email pictures to you. This method will not result in the size of the photo being severely cropped. Anyway, there is nothing wrong at the Public Mobile end here.

is your data on? re your apn settings correct? mms use data and have their own settings.

Are they being sent via text? what type of phone are you using?
Either way android or apple both have options to download any media sent via text, usually holding down on the picture and selecting the optin.
