Hi, Im new to PM and I just tried to create an account. Unfortunately PM doesn't recognize my cell#, says its invalid (Yes I entered the # correctly), then it takes me to a verify email....and again doesn't recognize my email (Yes its entered correctly). I'm out of steps to create an account.
Am I missing something?
Thanks.

@HybridBluff You will need the sim number from your sim card in order to create a selfserve account. The selfserve account gets created during activation.

It’s just PM’s way of verifying an active account. Wait til Sim arrives then create an account which will verify by using pm sim and you are good to go.
Have a great day

You need a PM sim to create an account. You can order discounted sim cards through canadiancellsupplies.com.

Ok, then you can't create a self service account yet. You need an active SIM card. You can create a community profile which you did.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-started
Follow prompts to purchase the SIM card.

@HybridBluff it does sound like you have exhausted any steps and done you due diligence on your part. EDIT: DISREGARD THIS IS ONLY IF YOU ALREADY HAD A SIM: Since you cant gain access to your account you'll need to message the Moderator team in order to gain access, or click the question mark and open a ticket.
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
if you click the question mark.
Ask to speak to a human
than account specific question
then reaffirm speak to a human then open a ticket.

When you first activated your SIM, did you activate at home or in store?
If at home, you would have created a self service account at that time with a password that you choose. You would sign in the with email address and password that you choose.
If you activated in store, then you will need to create a new self service account.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
Try using the live chat.
