Can't call out or receive calls

crosbyoverovi

Call drops right away when I try calling out and when calling my phone it goes right to voicemail. I think I have had this problem right after my phone was reset. Is this a problem with the SIM card?

Thanks so much for this suggestion, that fixed the issue. I actually didn't need to change to 3G but instead just clicked on Public Mobile of the available networks that were showing and that solved my issue.

Hi @crosbyoverovi  ,  it was working good before?

try changing the network to 3G Only and see if any better.

Yes SMS works fine.

Does SMS works? (send/receive)

Maybe there is local service outage (but too small to be reported on web site).

Ideally, try your SIM in different phone or see if somebody close by you uses PM service and if it works...

If possible, try the sim in an unlocked phone. If the problem clears up...you'll know the phone is the problem, not the sim.

Try restarting your phone.

Try the sim in a different phone, if one is available.
