First of all do you have a Canada/US/Mexico plan?  IF so you make sure Roaming is turned ON

@SHANNONHURLEY, what about making calls, can you call out? Are you able to send/receive texts and is data working? If text and data works but calls do not then it's likely because your phone is not on Public Mobile's whitelist for VoLTE. In the US some customers have been able to connect to T-Mobile's 2G signal depending on their location, I'm not sure if Telcel has this option. If not, you will need to use apps for calling over data or WiFi, like WhatsApp, Messenger etc.

Check your Network Settings, and Leave it on Automatic network selection rather than manually selecting a specific network. If you have not done so yet, also power off your phone and back on. It should connect to the closest provider (Telcel etc) Hope this helps

* added - This is providing you have a CANUSMEX plan 😉
