can you call other 902 number? try it, google some business with 902 area code and "order a pizza" 🙂

I can call and text. Trouble is a Routing issue with Telus.

do all your other services, work, texting and data? Can you call anyone else?
You could ask the person in PEI to call you first, and then once their contact appears on your screen, redial them back to see if the call then goes through
you could request that the person calls you first thus populating your phone with a record of the call. Then call back that number showing on your call history.
try that and let us know if it works, please

@CWG1 Do you live near the border by any chance ? Try manually selecting Public mobile network . See if they helps you can also just try rebooting the phone or reset network settings also

how you make the call? you were ever able to make the call to PEI?
do you have a Canada-wide calling plan? or just a Provincial call plan which offered briefly beofre
