Hello,
I am trying to transfer my phone number from my old PM account to my new PM account. It keeps saying error phone number is invalid. How can I transfer it to my new account?

You can't register new plan without phone number. Therefore, you must leave PM and then come back. However, if you left PM without other provider, you will lose your phone number tho. Good luck

If the phone number is from an account an accoutn that was previously closed from being in suspension for 90 days, the phone number would not longer be yours to access.

Are you saying you currently have 2 active PM plans? You cannot transfer PM numbers between plans. You would have to port one number out to another provider and then port that number back into your other PM account. To port out to another provider your account must be active.
