Good morning,
I have not changed anything with my payment card info, and this morning my account is suspended. I tried to log into my account to update auto payment information's and keep getting told "Oops something went wrong, try again later." I tried different payment options, and nothing works.
Tried to submit a ticket, and was told an error occurred, try again later.

Hi @Artiss some people had success with a different browser or Incognito mode, try
if fails, open ticket with PM cs agent
to open ticket with CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- start by typing : Contact CS Agent
- then Click "Contact Us"
- then Click "Other"
- finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Try a different browser and clear your cache and cookies then go incognito.
There seems to be a lot of glitches on the new website.

You should try different browser.
If that does not work contact agent directly.
