Hello!

I intend to deactivate my acc. prior to 90 days. Could someone provide clarification?

1. Will I lose my remaining funds and referral or payment rewards?

2. Does my renewal date start from the day i reactive it?

3. Additionally, it appears that PM has stopped sending Cha- Ching messages relate to your Refer a Friend, correct?

A. If you deactivate your account, turn off autopay, you'll have 90 days from the end of that payment cycle to come back and you will not lose any of your referrals. If you do have funds in your account, the plan will continue until there is no money in the account.

A. Yes. As long as it's within those 90 days.

3. Additionally, it appears that PM has stopped sending Cha- Ching messages relate to your Refer a Friend, correct?

A. Yes, I've had 4 since November and I haven't received any of those messages. So once a week I check my account and on the referral page, I just see how many referrals I have. It's pretty easy to see actually.

Account will be fully closed after suspended for 90 days.  It means you lost everything, phone number, available funds and rewards 

If you pay and resume service before the 90 days, you will continue earning rewards again and keep all the friend referrals and Available funds.  Yes, the 90 days cycle will start again on the day you pay to resume service
