once you got the 2nd one, the first one will not be useful
if the first one was as physical sim, remove it first. Then reboot the phone.
Next, go to Sim Manager to enable the Public Mobile esim (if iPhone, toggle on Turn on this line option). Then Reset Network Settings and it should work
if still not able to make it work, ask PM to further help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
