switched 4G plan

new to  Community  o switched to 4G plan but could not apply apply promo code for 2G bonus.  Tried  to open ticket . did not go through spend hour , 

Is the service always so bad ?

Please note the fine print. The promo is only for new customers not existing customers switch over to a new plan.
