@anacatalinabern If you're locked out with too many incorrect attempts at login, you'll now have to wait 3 hours before before trying again. Clear browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode before retrying.
If unable to remember your password then submit a ticket and ask customer support to reset the password via chatbot here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
