PAYMENT PROBLEM!!

I asked Fatima about the payment methods in the chat, but my question was unilaterally blocked. I find this very frustrating, but right now, I believe handling the payment method is more urgent. I don’t understand why the card I used with Fido is encountering errors in the payment method. Both my MasterCard and American Express card are usable with Google Pay, yet they were rejected by Public Mobile. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution for this issue.

PM has No live chat so I have no idea who you were talking with.

If you have valid Can/USA card update payment methods should not be a problem. BUT, some customers do experience many issues with updating their CC with no explanation from PM WHY!

Very strange that CC update works flawlessly for some and create nightmare for others.

@YYJEON , I have had luck adding a credit card using the app with location permission enabled.  As already mentioned, if there are multiple failures adding a payment card, it could be locked out for the day.

If you try too many times the card will be blocked without warning.

I would leave it for now. If you have already been trying for days,  I would purchase a voucher from a store or gas station and load it that way.

Then try the cc and in 2 days.

@YYJEON  some master cards are sometimes funny with PM your American Express should work I believe , not to mention the system / app  can be funny and want location services when updating crest card info . Might be best to try and wait one full hour before trying again .
