do you see the overpaid money in My Account's Available Funds ? Should be there
if you don't see it, ask PM
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Do you see double payment on your credit card?
Do you see extra payment on your available funds?
If yes (on second) leave money there, they will be used for next renewal. If it is first, then open a ticket through chatbot.

@JenniP Is one charge just pending ? If yes then it should fall off in couple days , if both charges are posted and you don’t change plan immediately. And the funds are not sittings in your available funds . You need to discuss with support
