I want to port away my number from PM and keep my PM account active with a new number, it is possible? If yes, how should I do? The reward and the option that I bought will keep in my account?

Maybe.....if you have a compelling enough reason. Even more so if you are porting to telus or koodo but not necessarily so as it has been granted when porting to other providers. If granted it is extremely YMMV but as an example if it is necessary for employment or business purposes you would be required to purchase a Sim card and activate a new account. The phone number to be ported would be transferred to the new account for porting purposes and a new number assigned to the existing account. This is very much the exception not the rule and should only be requested if possible if absolutely necessary.
Generally speaking though the answer is "Sorry no it's not possible."

Hi @Chaowang , you can accomplish it in a round about way. The EverSafe ID (your email and password) for your online account is never deleted. So, if you port out your existing number to another carrier, it will cancel your subscription within your online account at Public Mobile, BUT then you should be able to use the Public Mobile App to start a new activation on that same online account (picking a new number and new plan, plus you'll need a new SIM/eSIM). If you are on the old Rewards system, you'll lose all of that in this process and wind up on the new Rewards program instead. If you have an old grandfathered rate plan, you'll lose that too, and have to pick from the current offerings. Hope this helps.

I wish you could, I just had to release one of my Numbers from Public Mobile today in favor of bringing in a new Number.
I really wanted to Port and keep the old number for one more month for 2FA things, etc but I couldn't Port it out and set my new number without closing the Account unfortunately.
Maybe one day the Customer Support Agent will be able to give us our old Number back immediately on a new Account after we release it from the Previous one, that is if we request to keep it.

@Chaowang No sorry you can’t . If you port the number out it will close the account . All you can do is change the number in your profile . But you lose that number you want to keep 😞

if you choose new number first, old number gone
So, no way to keep account active and port out old number
