It's been five days, and I can't seem to complete my phone number transfer. Can someone please help me with this?

@perton !there’s a number for live support that can give you status update on the port . Or re trigger it if need will send you private message. As we not allowed to post it here

Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting over to PM with your old SIM in your phone?
You have 90 minutes window to reply or porting will be cancelled.
If you missed replying to the text then you need the assistance of a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you.
Private message an agent now and they will pm you back tomorrow morning as their hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
Your old SIM will continue to work in the meantime but don’t cancel your service with your old carrier or you can’t port over.
