Hello,
I signed up for a 4G plan by accident and had to change to a 5G plan, I was double billed and would like a refund for the 4G plan, is that a possibility? I tried submitting a ticket but keepngetting a 404 error.

Officially there are no refunds with prepaid providers like Public Mobile. However if you explain your "honest mistake" to customer support they will likely credit your account but they are not obligated to do so. In future if a similar error is made when changing plans ( in some cases when reactivating you have no choice but to reactivate with the existing or higher/lower priced plan.) When this occurs contacting customer support immediately after (re)activating and requesting customer support to change you to the intended plan is preferable. Use the link as supplied above.
