I need to change the address on my Public Mobile account and my credit card number I need to be able to call you

As long as you can log into your app, you can make the changes yourself. 

In order to change your credit card, tap Payment and then Update Card Information.

In order to change your address, tap Account and then Update Profile. The address, at least the postal code, is important to determine what plans are available in your region.

Public Mobile is a DIY type of pre-paid cell service. If you run into problems, you're best to start here in the Community Forum for help. We can usually sort it out for you in no time. There is no traditional "call center" to call. If you MUST have call center availability, maybe PM isn't the best fit for you.

no need to update address, they removed that , they don't care address anymore

for credit card update, login My Account, go to Payment page, then Manage subscription and then Update card information
