Calls to UK

Can anyone tell me if the 1000 UK minutes add-on allows calls to both cell phone and landlines.   Thank you

Sorry I have only just got my SIM card so did not qualify for any Xmas freebies - pity !!  I am not unhappy with the price of the add-on for UK calls especially as they do not expire

Were you here in December? Did you get the more is merrier freebies? The long distance part would allow you to call the UK. No need to buy the add-on.

Why don't you ask agent for clarification and confirmation?

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.

I do know it's not limited to only landlines...I've called family with both cell and landline.

YES .PM is prepaid and  usually do not provide refund.  But if it is no fault of yours, just it cannot be called some specific number (except those stated on the restrictions I posted above), you can open ticket with PM will and they likely will "take care" of it and reverse the transaction

@BritinNB   you can call BOTH landline and cell phones.  

But there is one restriction:

**Calls made to numbers starting with the following UK codes are not included in UK calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialled: 4470, 44870-44879, 44843-44845.
