Hello 

I meant to purchase US data package but purchased wrong add on- canada 1G data add on 

how can I request refund?? I would like to purchase US data add on... please help

In this case, public mobile customer support are very lenient toward taking the purchase price of the add-on you selected and applying it toward the desired add-on.

 

This is something they will generally do if the mistakenly bought add-on was not used at all and it was a fairly recent purchase error.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to change the Add-on for you.

They can be contacted by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of page or private message on the envelope icon above.

Unfortunately, their hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm EST but contact now and keep your eyes on the envelope icon above for a reply.
