Hi,
I wasn't able to activate my eSim - although my phone should be compatible with eSim I don't think my particular model allows eSims. I purchased a physical eSim but since I registered my account as an eSim, there doesn't seem to be a way to change it to physical sim. How do I go about this?
As well, I realized I provided the wrong account number from my old provider so I need help from Public Mobile Customer Support to cancel the port request for my particular number and resend the request with the correct account number. Please Public Mobile Customer - can you private message me? Thanks

you will need PM agent to help to change the sim to physical and update the sim card number
