Can’t make calls from Canada to US- is this a monthly add-on?

if you got the US LD addon, it is ont a monthly add-on, it is there until the minutes are all used up

which area code you are trying to call?

Which error recording you got?

@Crispyshirts  You would need a long distance add on or the more is merrier give away if you got that will work also

Do you have an old plan that included calling to the US? Were you here in December to get the more is merrier freebies? Have you maybe used all those minutes?

Canada add-ons will remain on your account until used. Roaming add-ons are only for 15 days. Roaming is for while in the US, not here.
