Hi;
I have a Google XL7.
New customer from Roger.
Both SMS and phone not working going to voicemail.
Public SIM card connect to 5G network.
I received a welcome message from.public but no good bye no confirmation from Rogers.
I initiated my Public voice mail an hour ago;
Any phone call goes to voicemail and I can hear my Roger voicemail set up. @CS_Agent

A critical part of the activation is to answer yes to the sms from your old provider then install the PM SIM card and reboot your phone.
I will send you the porting team phone number by private message.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins. If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
