@CS_Agent I'm getting this message during the phone number transfer. No one contact me to solve this issue. Please help! I'm trying to raise a ticket but the link returns 404 as well.

did you put in IMEI instead of Account number? Please provide account number
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
