Unable to install esim

Hey all, 

Scanning the QR code attached to the email gives me an unable to activate esim error on my iPhone 11 pro. Help would be much appreciated!

@Acao737 sometimes the error was there because the eSIM installed already.  Please check your Cellular screen on the phone to confirm

If it is not there and you still unable to login, please open ticket with PM support and they can resend you the QR code or advise further
