The QR CODE is not working for me. It says unable to activate esim. Contact your carrier assistance. My phone has been on SOS since. Please i have a phone interview in 2 hours. I need urgent help as I cannot receive or make calls.

you were using the app to activate ? is the QR code screen for app download to complete the subscription or the download and installation for the esim?
if you were using the app and completed the subscription but unable to install the esim, please send a message to PM support for help
